Ironing

• Iron inside out on low to medium heat.
• Do not iron directly on the printed design.
• Do not use a steam iron directly on the print.

Dry Cleaning

All products are made to order. Once your order is placed, we begin processing and printing your apparel.

• Processing Time: 2–4 business days

• Shipping Time: 7–10 business days

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout before payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

NO, Cash on Delivery is not available instead, Partial COD is available for eligible orders and PIN codes.

Because every product is printed especially for you after an order is placed, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Eligible Returns

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

• You received a damaged product.

• You received a defective product.

• You received the wrong item.

Return Window

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the product

• Photos showing the issue

Refunds

After reviewing and approving your request, we may:

• Send a replacement product, or

• Issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items
