We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order if:

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed after confirmation and are generally delivered within 7–10 business days.

8. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

As our products are made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns for:

The wrong item was delivered.

Claims must be made within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before production begins, whichever occurs first.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
