At CROWNWEARS – Born To Rule, every product is printed and manufactured specifically after an order is placed. Because of this made-to-order process, cancellations are handled differently from stores that sell ready-made inventory.

Please read this Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Made-to-Order Products

Every CROWNWEARS product is manufactured only after your order has been successfully placed and confirmed.

Production may begin shortly after order confirmation. Once production starts, resources, materials, and printing are committed specifically to your order.

For this reason, cancellation requests are subject to the conditions below.

2. Cancellation Before Production Begins

You may request cancellation of your order before production has started.

If production has not yet begun and your cancellation request is approved:

• Prepaid orders will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
• COD advance payments will also be refunded in full.

Approval depends on the production status of your order at the time we receive your request.

3. Cancellation After Production Begins

Once printing or production has started, the order generally cannot be cancelled, as the product is being custom-made specifically for you.

In such cases:

• Prepaid orders are generally not eligible for cancellation.
• COD orders are generally not eligible for cancellation.
• COD advance payments are generally non-refundable once production has commenced.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

4. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible using:

• Order ID
• Full Name
• Registered Email Address
• Mobile Number
• Reason for cancellation

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically mean the order has been cancelled. We will first verify the production status and then inform you of the outcome.

5. Cancellation by CROWNWEARS

We reserve the right to cancel any order in circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Payment verification failure.
• Required COD advance payment not received.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information.
• Product becoming unavailable before production.
• Technical or pricing errors.
• Operational issues beyond our reasonable control.

If we cancel a prepaid order before dispatch, any eligible payment received will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Cancellation

COD orders require an advance payment because every product is made specifically for the customer.

Orders up to ₹699

• ₹100 advance payment is required.

Orders above ₹699

• 25% advance payment is required.

Orders will not enter production until the required advance payment has been successfully received.

7. Refusal to Accept Delivery

If a customer refuses delivery of a made-to-order product without a valid reason, or repeatedly fails to accept delivery, we reserve the right to:

• Decline future Cash on Delivery orders from that customer.
• Require full prepaid payment for future purchases.
• Recover reasonable costs where permitted by applicable law.

If the refusal is due to a verified issue attributable to CROWNWEARS (such as the wrong product or a manufacturing defect), this policy will not apply, and we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

8. Changes to an Order

If production has not yet started, we may be able to assist with changes such as:

• Shipping address.
• Contact details.
• T-shirt size.
• Color (if available).
• Quantity.

Once production has begun, modifications may no longer be possible.

9. Promotional Orders

Orders placed using promotional discounts, coupon codes, or limited-time offers may be subject to additional cancellation conditions where clearly stated at the time of purchase.

10. Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If a cancellation is approved before production begins:

• Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refunds are generally initiated within 5–10 business days after approval.
• Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Refunds for COD advance payments (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

11. Non-Cancellable Situations

Cancellation requests are generally not accepted once:

• Production has started.
• Printing has been completed.
• Quality inspection has been completed.
• Packaging has been completed.
• The order has been dispatched.

Any issues with delivered products will instead be handled under our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy, where applicable.
