Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

At CROWNSWEARS ā€“ Wear Your Crown, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) to provide our customers with a convenient payment option. To reduce fake orders, order cancellations, and refused deliveries, all COD orders require an advance online payment.

COD Availability

  • Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible PIN codes within India.

  • COD availability depends on our courier partners and may change without prior notice.

COD Payment Structure

Orders Up to ā‚¹699

  • A ā‚¹100 COD Confirmation Fee must be paid online at the time of placing the order.

  • This fee is separate from the order value and is charged to confirm and process your COD order.

  • The full order value is payable to the delivery partner upon delivery.

  • The ā‚¹100 COD Confirmation Fee is non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or if CROWNSWEARS cancels the order before dispatch.

Example

  • Order Value: ā‚¹599

  • Pay Online (COD Confirmation Fee): ā‚¹100

  • Pay on Delivery: ā‚¹599

  • Total Amount Payable: ā‚¹699

Orders Above ā‚¹699

  • Customers must pay 25% of the total order value online while placing the order.

  • The remaining 75% is payable to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.

  • The advance payment forms part of the total order value.

Example

  • Order Value: ā‚¹1,200

  • Pay Online (25% Advance): ā‚¹300

  • Pay on Delivery: ā‚¹900

  • Total Amount Payable: ā‚¹1,200

Order Verification

To prevent fraudulent orders, we may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email to verify your COD order before dispatch.

If we are unable to verify your order, we reserve the right to cancel it.

Order Cancellation

COD orders may be cancelled before production begins, subject to our Cancellation Policy.

Once production has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Refused or Undelivered Orders

Customers are requested to place COD orders only if they intend to accept delivery.

If a customer:

  • Refuses delivery without a valid reason,

  • Provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address,

  • Is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts, or

  • Frequently places COD orders that are not accepted,

CROWNSWEARS reserves the right to:

  • Retain the applicable advance payment or COD Confirmation Fee, where permitted by law.

  • Restrict or permanently disable the Cash on Delivery option for future purchases.

  • Require prepaid payment for future orders.

Refunds

If a refund is approved under our Return & Refund Policy:

  • Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or another mutually agreed payment method.

Refunds are generally processed within 5ā€“7 business days after approval.
