Welcome to CROWNSWEARS ā€“ Wear Your Crown. This Payment Policy explains the payment methods we accept, how payments are processed, and the terms applicable to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)

  • Credit Cards

  • Debit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Digital Wallets (where available)

  • No,Cash on Delivery (COD). Partial COD is available for eligible PIN codes

Payment options displayed at checkout may vary depending on your location and order value.

Secure Payments

All online payments are processed through trusted and secure third-party payment gateways using industry-standard encryption.

For your security, CROWNSWEARS does not store your complete debit or credit card details.

Partial COD Policy

To reduce fake orders, order cancellations, and delivery refusals, all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require an advance online payment.

Orders Up to ā‚¹699

  • A ā‚¹100 COD Confirmation Fee is required at the time of placing the order.

  • This fee is separate from the order value and is charged to confirm your COD order.

  • The full order value is payable to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.

  • The ā‚¹100 COD Confirmation Fee is non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where CROWNSWEARS cancels the order before dispatch.

  • Order Value: ā‚¹599

  • Pay Online (COD Confirmation Fee): ā‚¹100

  • Pay on Delivery: ā‚¹599

  • Total Amount Payable: ā‚¹699

Orders Above ā‚¹699

  • Customers must pay 25% of the total order value in advance while placing the order.

  • The remaining 75% is payable to the delivery partner upon delivery.

  • The advance payment is adjusted against the total order value.

Example

  • Order Value: ā‚¹1,200

  • Pay Online (25% Advance): ā‚¹300

  • Pay on Delivery: ā‚¹900

  • Total Amount Payable: ā‚¹1,200

Why We Require an Advance Payment

The advance payment helps us:

  • Verify genuine Cash on Delivery orders.

  • Cover a portion of production and shipping costs.

  • Reduce fake or fraudulent orders.

  • Minimise refused deliveries.

  • Continue offering the Cash on Delivery option to our customers.

Important COD Terms

  • Partial COD is available only for eligible PIN codes within India.

  • Orders may be verified via phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email before dispatch.

  • Failure to verify your order may result in cancellation.

  • Customers are requested to place Partial COD orders only if they intend to accept delivery.

  • Repeated refusal of Partial COD orders without a valid reason may lead to the suspension of Partial COD services for future purchases.

Failed Delivery or Refused Orders

If a COD order is refused, returned due to an incorrect address, or remains undelivered because the customer is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts, CROWNSWEARS reserves the right to:

  • Retain the applicable advance payment or COD Confirmation Fee to recover production and shipping costs, where permitted by applicable law.

  • Decline future COD orders from the customer.

  • Require prepaid payment for future purchases.

Online Payments

All prepaid orders are securely processed through our payment gateway partners.

If your payment is unsuccessful:

  • Verify your payment details.

  • Ensure sufficient balance or credit limit.

  • Contact your bank or payment provider if necessary.

  • Retry using the same or another payment method.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds after delivery will be made via bank transfer, UPI, or another mutually agreed payment method.

Refunds are generally processed within 5ā€“7 business days after approval, although banks may require additional time to reflect the amount.

Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Applicable taxes are included unless stated otherwise.

  • Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Payment Verification

To protect customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, CROWNSWEARS reserves the right to verify payment or order information before processing any order.

Orders that cannot be verified may be delayed or cancelled.
