At CROWNWEARS, every T-shirt is made to order. We do not manufacture products in bulk or maintain large ready-to-ship inventories.

2. Processing Time

Production generally takes 5–15 working days, depending on order volume and product availability.

Orders are processed only on business days (Monday–Saturday), excluding public holidays.

3. Delivery Time

After production is complete, your order is handed over to one of our trusted courier partners.

The estimated total delivery time is 15–20 working days from the date your order is confirmed.

Please note that this is an estimated timeframe and not a guaranteed delivery date.

4. Free Shipping

We proudly offer FREE Shipping across India on all orders.

There are no hidden shipping charges.

5. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to most serviceable pin codes across India.

If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will notify you and issue an appropriate refund if payment has already been received.

6. Order Confirmation

25% of the total order value must be paid online during checkout.
The remaining balance is payable upon delivery.

If the advance payment is not completed, the order will not be processed.

All CROWNWEARS products are custom-made after an order is confirmed.

Unlike ready-stock products, our items cannot be resold once printed because they are produced specifically for each customer.

If you receive a product with an eligible issue, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted unless required by applicable law.
