As all CROWNWEARS – Born To Rule T-shirts are made-to-order, we generally cannot accept returns or replacements for incorrect sizes selected by the customer, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

If you're unsure about your size, we recommend measuring a T-shirt you already own and comparing it with the chart below.

Fit: Regular Fit (Unisex)

How to Measure

• Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level.
• Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem.

Size Tip: If you're between two sizes or prefer a relaxed fit, choose one size larger.

Keep your CROWNSWEARS apparel looking its best by following these care instructions:

Washing

• Machine wash cold (up to 30°C).
• Wash inside out to protect the print.
• Wash with similar colors.
• Use a mild detergent.
• Do not bleach.

Drying

• Tumble dry on low heat or air dry in the shade.
• Do not wring the garment.
• Avoid direct sunlight for prolonged periods to help preserve color.

Ironing

• Iron inside out on low to medium heat.
• Do not iron directly on the printed design.
• Do not use a steam iron directly on the print.

Dry Cleaning

• Do not dry clean.

Storage

• Fold neatly or hang in a cool, dry place.
• Keep away from excessive moisture and direct sunlight.

All products are made to order. Once your order is placed, we begin processing and printing your apparel.

• Processing Time: 2–4 business days

• Shipping Time: 7–10 business days

• Orders are processed Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays).

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout before payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible locations within India. Availability may vary depending on your delivery PIN code.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS (where applicable).

Delivery Delays

Because every product is printed especially for you after an order is placed, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Eligible Returns

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

• You received a damaged product.

• You received a defective product.

• You received the wrong item.

Return Window

You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the product

• Photos showing the issue

Refunds

After reviewing and approving your request, we may:

• Send a replacement product, or

• Issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Incorrect size ordered by the customer

• Colour variations caused by screen settings

• Minor print placement differences

• Change of mind

• Personalised or custom-made products (unless defective or incorrect)
